ONLINE SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYMENT

You may hold a date by paying your security deposit immediately. This may be paid securely online by MC/VISA/AMEX credit or debit card or by eCHECK using the PayPal online payment system. Simply click the "DONATE" button to the right and follow the instructions.

Should you cancel within 90 days of your reserved date, there is a $50 rescheduling contribution required if a new date is selected within the same calendar year and your paid deposit may be applied to that event. You agree to donate your security deposit to the CIF internship fund if no event is held in the paid-in calendar year (this means you agree the security deposit is a donation and will not be refunded).

You may also pay your membership and event contributions online. Remember, a 3% processing fee applies to all online payments and is deducted from the refundable portion of your security deposit.

To understand all the policies, rules and requirements you have agreed to so that you may use the ET and OSC event equipment, be sure to download and review the "Onsite Equipment Use Policies", immediately below.

Want to request an adjustment due to equipment problems at your event? EarthTraces strives to be generous in the uncommon instances when the equipment in-service warranty can not be met. Want to request the refund of your security deposit? Security deposits are held in a members account so they may receive immediate scheduling of events. To request its return, simply complete and submit the online form by clicking the link below.

NOTE: Requests may only be submitted 30-days or more after the event so that all adjustments, if any, may be properly reflected and the correct remainder returned.

EARTHTRACES STRIVES to provide exceptional equipment, materials and programs for an event that helps solidify and grow your ministry, organization or community. You'll find our requested contributions are significantly below commercial rates --- that's why we ask each event to contribute a tax-deductible donation of $200 or more to the EarthTraces Internship Fund. By giving back part of your savings, you'll be joining with us in a very needed effort - helping train and educate future pastors and Christian leaders. The college students and EarthTraces volunteers who help bring, set-up and monitor your event will use your event as an exceptional opportunity to learn from your ministry as they become more effective leaders in faith!
