2005 EarthTraces "Life
Experience" Grant Program
Because one of our core objectives is to provide internship funds
for Christian college students, it is very important you book an
activity as early as possible so there is justification for each
summer position.
Churches and tax-exempt organizations that make an advance
reservation are eligible for Grants that will help enhance the
program and reduce costs. Programs are "unchurched
friendly" so your members can invite friends as you show them
God can be fun!

2005 GRANT PROGRAM
Groups paying their 2005 activity deposit before March 1st, 2005
will receive a free overnight camping coupon ($75 value) and 2 free
"Invite a Friend" passes (up to $250 value). Invite a
Friend passes cover the activity fees for the entire event – 1, 2
or 5-day!
Groups paying their 2005 activity deposit after March 1st
and before April 15th will receive free overnight camping
coupon ($75 value). Click HERE to see how to

---Grants cannot be honored nor deposits returned if the Group does
not fulfill the terms of the program, including timely return of
participant contributions and forms.
---The overnight camping coupon covers the $5 camping fee up to 15
participants for one night during a program. Overnight camping
includes campsite fees, tents and air mattresses for maximum
comfort! Sleeping bags are available for $4 each per event.
---"Invite a Friend" passes are intended for your use in
bringing someone new to your group or who may not be able to attend
otherwise.
To receive a grant, reserve a program for your group

the session number you’d like! It’s an easy 5-minute process
that’s safe and secure! YOU MAY CHANGE to another available
session date anytime up to 60 days before the date you booked if you
believe another date will work better, however, deposits are
contributions to the Christian
Internship Fund and as such are
not returnable.
