Onsite Challenge & Festival Equipment packages are available everywhere in
our service region (for more
information, see map). At this time, onsite equipment is only available for
private use by churches, non-profit organizations and Christian
businesses.
TWO
SEPARATE FESTIVAL PAKS may be booked at different locations ON
THE SAME DAY.
Don't be discouraged if someone has already booked your date! Let us
know the days you prefer and your needs!

are limited, but, we will attempt to accommodate every request if possible.

are full. GOLD BACKGROUND dates
are open with no minimum number of participants required. Please don't hesitate to
ask if you'd like a special date!
Register early to avoid others filling the slots ahead of you.

Overnight
camping fees, 6-10 person tents, screened devotion common tent, rain/sun canopy, air
mattresses, inflators, cooling fans and area lanterns are provided for the
cost reimbursement of $5.00 per night per participant. We have a full list of rental gear (click HERE).
Daily rate for
key items include: sleeping bags (40oF = $2.00, 15oF = $3.00); backpacks
$2.00-$3.00, cookset w/stove $2.00-$3.00, hydration daypacks $2.00, water
purifier $2.00-$3.00.
Meal service is NOT PROVIDED, however, cooking outfitting and food storage is available for an equipment pool contribution of $2 per person. Camping stoves, large coolers, food storage bins, food prep tables, dish sinks, pots & pans, utensils and lanterns are provided. Fuel, lantern mantels and other disposable items available at cost recovery as long as supplies last.
